I was even able to get to yoga this week. I felt so focused and determined, even though I was incredibly exhausted. I've been getting into yoga more lately, and it's really helped me in a lot of different ways, particularly my flexibility, focus, strength, and posture! I also sleep better at night. But the best thing about yoga this week is I was able to do Tree Pose and Eagle Pose without losing balance at all! It was awesome.
I'm totally loving yoga.
But I think I found another style I'm interested in....
