A Hoarse is a Hoarse of Course of Course

I lost my voice and I decided I sounded like I belonged in The Godfather.
It's been reeeeally fun to teach and direct without a voice.

NOT.

And just an FYI, I didn't lose my voice from screaming. It was from post nasal drip. I know how to properly use my voice (aka my instrument). I use my voice sometimes from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and I have never become hoarse from it, although quite fatigued!

I miss my voice. I wish it would come back. One thing I've learned - don't take decongestants with a drippy throat. It dries the mucus in the throat up, and with that comes more hoarseness. I'm sticking to Mucinex, saline nasal spray, and sleep!

The voice is very becoming for you ha ha. Back in the day when I was a wild child my friends called me Scooby because I always sounded like Scooby Doo from bar hopping, smoking, drinking and talking over loud music. Okay now I sound like a lush but those were the good ole days lol. Now it just occurs every Saturday from college football!
