She always manages to look stunning! The color and fit of the dress is perfect, and the sparkle makes her look expensive and like a modern princess.

Apparently Natalie is getting some high marks from the fashionistas for this dress, but I cannot stand it. It looks like a cheap Valentine's Day candy box. Or aren't roses like that a little "goth"? I've never liked pink and red together, though. Maybe pregnancy makes you do weird things like wear goth Valentine's Day candy boxes!

It is not cool to have mis-matched shoes. I don't care who you are. Maybe she got dressed in the dark? Or her super bizarre sunglasses were too polarized and she thought she was putting on the same color shoes. And the hair - it reminds me of an 18th century courtesan living in the 1980s. Oh, and I think her dress is on inside out.

Confession: didn't watch the Globes :( Although I will totally scour Yahoo omg! to look at all the fashion and find out the winners today. Yes, I cheat.
Oh my lord. What happened to HBC? I mean, I know that she usually goes for the more outlandish looks, but this is just way too much, even for her!

I missed them - watched the last 10 minutes and saw Natalie Portman's weird speech. I think her dress wasn't that bad... she falls into the in between category for me, neither worst nor best.
Best Dressed for me was Sandra Bullock (don't know why they're hating) and Kaley Cuoco. Worsts include Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Michelle Williams and sigh.. January Jones (even though I love her)... and I hate to hate on Catharine Zeta... but I hate the colour of her dress.
And obviously Helena wants to be worst dressed... so I don't even want to give attention to that.
I didn't watch, but I do love your favorites. I am really bummed that Portman wore that because I totally love her and she just looks....bad.
I didn't watch them this year. But I wish I was Carrie Underwood sometimes. That chick is flawless.
I am an awards show junkie. I even had my voting ballot out last night (let's just say I failed).
I totally agree with all of your choices! I also loved Claire Danes dress. Helena Bonham Carter... I expected something wild, but yikes! They showed her reaction in the audience a few times and she looked like she'd rather be anywhere else but in that room. I'll go in her place next year!

You can def. work the red carpet styles - I so wish I could try on any of those flippin' dresses! Except for Angelina Jolie... I'm tired of seeing her in dark, drab, long sleeved numbers - ehh. You're definitely right about Carrie Underwood, she always looks so fantastic!

But I agree with the sentiments about Portman, I think the fit was just awful, even if she is preggo, she could have found a dress that was more flattering. I did not like Angelina at all, it was nice to see her out of black though. There was something very "Gone with the Wind' with Catherine Zeta Jones's dress.. for that reason alone, I liked it. :)
I missed it but I heard the host was so horrible. I liked angelinas dress. I thought that green was stunning. Thanks for your comment on change I am so up in the air on that thing.
