For those that have no idea what the Neti Pot is, watch and learn.
I realize this is the freakiest video... um, EVER.
Things worth noting:
- The expression on that lady's face while the water is running out of her nostril.
- The lady's little boy haircut.
- The lady's oversized, hideous outfit.
- Exercises after clearing your sinuses? PUMP OUT THAT MUCUS!
Can we say hilarious advertising?
The Neti Pot really does flush saline through one nostril and out the other. No, it doesn't run down the back of your throat if you're doing it right. Yes, it does burn if you use too much saline. But most importantly, it really can clear your sinuses without the use of drugs! We all love a little natural relief, don't we? Yeah, I'm swearing by this thing.
I look almost as ridiculous while flushing my sinuses, but I don't have a little boy haircut.

I love my neti pot too - it can be a god send for bad sinus pain.

my sister got great relief from a neti pot before she had sinus surgery. every time i get some congestion, i think about getting one. just the thought makes my congestion break up :)

I've heard so many good things about the Neti Pot but I must confress. I'm terrified to try it.
My nana swears by it too. Every time I have the sniffles, she's like "honey why don't you go get yourself a neti pot?" And I'm like "because I don't want my snot running down the side of my face that's why!" hahaha!

lol. i've never used one of these things and that video was seriously disturbing, so i doubt i ever will!
AH! I cannot get through that video because that lady's robot eyes are seriously freaking me out!
But I must concur - the Neti Pot is an amazing invention. Although mine is cheap blue plastic. I feel like I'm really missing out when I see Robot's nice little porcelain one.
Love me some Neti pot :) But that advertising is hysterical!

I have nice,cute & tiny neti pot.I love it more than others.It's very useful part of my life.
