Christ is Risen!

I know we've all been sharing this blessed day with our families and loved ones, but I just wanted to take a moment and share with you an Eastern Orthodox Christian hymn that is sung around Easter.

This version is in Byzantine chant, which I find so mysterious and poignant. It really reminds me of the great mystery and miracle of Christ's death and resurrection. I really like the Byzantine icon in this video, too.

bestowing life!
