It's this shocking hot pink. So shocking that kind of worried me when I looked at it.
But it is oh-so-beautiful on.
It's a nice cool tone that really complements any skin color. No shimmer whatsoever, which I think is nice and gives the cheeks a nice flushed look without the "Edward Cullen effect." I use a little bronzer for contouring and then add it to the apples of my cheeks like so:

| Yesterday, after a full day of work (hence the tired eyes) paired with every day work makeup |
Bottom line:
Step out of your comfort zone and get this shockingly bright pink. You'd be surprised at how much you'll like it! The only downside is the price. I wish Bobbi Brown was more affordable! This brand is becoming an expensive habit!
And just because I can't get enough of PaulaDeenRidingThings.com (as evidenced by this post), I dub this blush Paula approved.

You are just going to keep me adding things to that list! :) I'm obsessed with NARS orgasm (who isn't?) as well and mix it up with the multiple stick in orgasm too but I like to keep it interesting and fresh so I use Bare Essentials 'fruit cocktail' and 'dawn' as well. But I might also have to give this a whirl... :)
Surprisingly enough, the shockingly bright colors are the ones that usually look best! In my experience, at least.
Thanks for sharing! I'll have to try it... :)

I'm desperately trying to finish out my two MAC blushes - the mineralize one NEVER seems to end, even though I'm not totally in love with the color. I do love "peachy keen," though. This one looks like a lot of fun. Thanks, love!
P.S. Your Paula made me seriously lol.
If Paula likes it, I like it. I have been looking for new blush. I think I will check this one out. Oh, and when you are not busy can you please come help me pick out some makeup for my wedding? :)
Not tried either before but will definitly keep them in mind! I am using some plummy Mac one at the moment which is lovely!!
It's great when you find amazong new things but I get the whole being expensive. I have lately become addicted to Clarins skincare and it costs me a small fortune!! Worth it though!
peonies are my favourite too!!!!! So much so that I have an upcoming project with the name Peony in it... it's top secret though!
Your makeup always looks so lovely. I'm still battling my stye so getting eye balance is beyond impossible right now!
It's been my experience that the "super-bright" pinks are the prettiest blushes. This would be good since it has no shimmer. My usual blush (Benefit Bella Bamba) is very shimmery. So it would be nice to have one with and one without. Thanks for sharing! :)
I've been having a love affair with matte blushers. Currently loving Nars blusher in "Amour" because of no shimmer whatsoever, but I might check out that Bobbi Brown, since I don't have any BRIGHT pink blushers.
Have you heard or tried the Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour blushes? They are amaaaaaazing.
I'm so obsessed with Nars Orgasm right now. I may have to look into the Bobbi Brown one! Peony IS my favorite flower, too.
There's crazy ass Paula again! hahaha... I love Bobbi Brown makeup!! I have rosy cheeks as it is {not fun} so I can't wear blush but it looks GREAT on you!!
Haha, that Paula Deen. She's cray-cray.
Love the rosy blush - it's so pretty!
I agree. Kudos to you for being bold! Looks great.
Just found your blog and love it,

I have been using the same blush for years- not because I love it so much but because it has not run out. Maybe I should step it up a little and try this one.

Isn't it funny how we get so attached to our blush? Maybe it's time to shake things up. I'll have to check this out.
Gorgeous color! One of my favorites is Dollymix by MAC. Have a fantastic Wednesday sweetheart! Kori xoxo

You are sooo gorgey! What a pretty blush color! Happy Wednesday!
I recently switched from NARS Orgasm to MAC Peachykeen as my everyday blush.
This looks beautiful though... my next trip to Myer will involve this blush!
This is what I use too!
Its my first time visiting your blog - I had to comment! First I love that blush - you look beautiful and fabulous, and I love your layout here!! :) xo Kym
Found your blog through H-town Blogger Hotties! I'm a Bare Minerals blush user, but you are seriously tempting me with this!
Love that blush! Picking a color is always the most unnerving part, really. Especially since I feel like MOST blushes don't actually "read" as well in the compact as they do on your face!
That looks terrific! I just won an eye shadow palette that I have yet to open and play with, but now I must!
Thank you for visiting my blog from the SITS #commenthour! I love the pink and now you've inspired me to try something a little brighter this season!
I'm a creature of habit and have used NARS Orgasm for years now. I'll have to try something new - this BB blush looks awesome :)
P.S. - FIrst time to your blog. Saw you via Color Me Neurotic!
How does this compare to Nars desire and angelica blush? Looks very similar. Thanks. Xoxo
