There are endless amounts of tutorials on YouTube on how to do this (heck, YouTube is how I learned to do this), but I hope mine can speak to my readers and friends who make this blog a daily stop. How To: Curl Hair with a Flat Iron
I know you appreciated the fast forward bits and editing. I babble a lot, so I skimped it down for ya.
Do any of you curl your hair this way? What other things do you do?

I do curl my hair with my flat iron sometimes.. But the curls never stay cuz my hair sucks! :(
My hair is naturally wavy, so I always use the flat iron to "fix" pieces. Love it!! I think it looks like a more natural curl than with a curling iron.
there are like a million things i like about this video, but i especially love the pink flat iron you have and the amazing orchestra version of Kanye playing in the background. please, more videos!!

Great video! With the current humidity, I can't straighten my hair so I've been curling with the flat iron EVERY day. It's actually pretty fun! :)

I love doing my hair like this! When it was a little above my sholders it was frusterating though because some of curls would stop mid-curl and kinda stick out the side of my head...haha, I can't wait for my hair to get a liiittle longer!

Stumbled upon you and I JUST curled my hair with my flat iron today! I do it a little differently than you do, but same results basically.
I was getting nervous for your hair w/how long you're able to hold it in the flat iron. Mine would have burned off w/the one I use, I think. haha

I use hot rollers. I love them because I can just stick them in and then piddle around the house.

Very neat! I had no idea I could curl with my CHI. I will have to try this!!! Yours looked great! My hair is VERY thick,so usually I just us hot rollers and it's really curly,but big ones. It looks nothing like yours and that is what I would like for it too. :) Thank you!!
Ok, so I just bought a curling flat iron today at a mall kiosk and I have been trying to get it down, have watched at least 10 Youtube videos and it's almost midnight but I saw your video and I HAD to try it. IT WORKED!!! Thank you for making it so simple and understandable. I felt like a complete idiot not being able to do it and here I am going to bed with the most beautiful waves EVER :) You rock!
