Centering Pinterest Embedded Images

I know a lot of you love to embed your pins into your blog posts. In fact, if you link up with Oh, How Pinteresting on Wednesdays with one of my BFFs, Michelle, you're embedding away on a weekly basis.

Isn't it annoying, though, how you can't center the attribution of the image underneath the pin? Well, let me tell you, folks. It's a really simple fix.

We'll go from this:

To this!

Now, let's go to my favorite someecard board again. We'll let my screen shots do the talking.

After you've done all that, your image will not be centered when you click back over to "Compose". You can then select the image and center it in your post editor and all should line up!

If you are having trouble adding spaces in between pins or typing underneath your pin, go back to the HTML of the post and add the code <br/> wherever necessary. You should then be able to click back and type in some more text.

Hope this helps you in your adventures in embedding your pins! If you have any questions, feel free to leave them in the comments or shoot me an email.

Happy pinning!

wow, whoever left that last comment is an asshole..
i guess when you get losers leaving comments like that you know your blog has arrived. i hear it happens to all the best bloggers(and i obviously think you are one of those). You don't need me to tell you how wonderful and beautiful you are but just in case i'll throw it out there. if nothing else to offset the crazy above me.

I see you posted this a while ago, but I am just now imbedding Pinterest images for the first time. Trying to center them felt a lot like banging my head against a wall. Thank you for posting this! It is so simple once you know what you're doing!

i found your post trying to find info on centering. the change left to center didn't work in my post. i even restarted a new post and tried again with different images. do you have any ideas why?
