Pumpkin Baked Brie

  • 1 package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1 wheel of brie
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • Pumpkin Butter
  • Chopped Pecans
  • Ground Cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Lay the sheet of Crescent Rolls on a baking dish, pinching together the seams.
  3. Spoon 2-3 spoonfuls of pumpkin butter and spread onto the crescent rolls.
  4. Place the brie on top of the pumpkin butter and crescent rolls.
  5. Spoon 2-3 spoonfuls more pumpkin butter and spread evenly on top of the brie. Sprinkle a handful of chopped pecans and a dash of cinnamon.
  6. Fold the sides of the crescent rolls sheet onto the top of the brie and press to seal. Brush the beaten egg over the top. Sprinkle a handful chopped pecans and a handful of brown sugar over the top.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
