So, if you read my recipe last week for fattoush, you probably know that I’m totally loving all things Mediterranean and new ways to do salad.
Here’s an EVEN EASIER way to have a fantastic salad! TABOULI!
For those who don’t know what tabouli is, it’s basically a salad consisting of bulghur (wheat), parsley, onion, and spices. It’s usually served as a side, and I love eating it with pita bread.
I honestly didn’t know where to start with making my own tabouli since I have no idea how to cook bulghur (we’ll experiment with that one later). So I Sandra Lee’d it and came up with a “Semi Homemade” version of my own. (By the way, I think Ms. Sandra is really annoying.)
