2020 Sephora Spring Savings Picks

It’s that time for Sephora’s Spring Savings! They do this twice a year – once in the spring and once in the fall. It’s a great time to stock up on favorite products or to try something new. I typically do both. If something new catches my eye, then I will grab it to test out, and if I’m running out of something, I’ll restock.
There are so many goodies at Sephora that I love, which makes this post hard to do. So I decided to compile a list of products that are either a current obsession, something I truly love that I can not get at Ulta, or something that rarely goes on sale no matter the retailer.
Also worth noting: this list is all makeup. Haha. I rarely buy skincare or haircare at Sephora, so I’m just sticking with my first love on this list.

Now that we’ve gotten all of that out of the way, let’s get to the products.
2020 Sephora Spring Savings Picks
I tried to really narrow this down in hopes of making shopping a little easier! You can click on any of the images or links to shop!

It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better Primer
You can only find the It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better Primer on Sephora and QVC, and it’s honestly one of my top favorite primers of all time. It does not do much for pore filling and texture, but it gives an amazing grip to the skin, makes me feel more hydrated, and seriously makes my makeup last even longer. I love it so much!
It Cosmetics CC+ Cream Oil-Free Matte
The Oil-Free Matte version of the It Cosmetics CC+ Cream is another product that you can only find at Sephora and QVC (outside of their own brand website, of course). I prefer this version to the original CC Cream (which is a fabulous product, and I do love it). If you’re oily or live in a humid climate, and the original CC Cream tends to slip and slide around your face, give the matte version a try. It is not a dry matte – it is a very natural finish on the skin. I can’t say enough good things about it! I wear this in the shade Light Sand.
Tarte Maracuja Tinted Hydrator
I am not normally a fan of tinted moisturizers, but the Tarte Maracuja Tinted Hydrator is one of the exceptions! It’s just so darn easy to use – blends easily with fingers and has a gorgeous natural finish. I find that it does not oxidize, get too oily, or get cakey on my skin throughout the day. It’s also a clean beauty product! One thing worth noting, though, is that it does not contain any SPF. You’ll want to for sure layer a sunscreen on underneath. I don’t like to rely on my makeup for sunscreen anyway, and I always layer on sunscreen no matter what. I wear this in the shade Light Sand.
Too Faced Born This Way Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer
The Too Faced Born This Way Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer is my holy grail concealer! It has the amazing coverage that Tarte Shape Tape is known for but not nearly as drying. If your under eye area is dry or you’re more mature, give this concealer a try. Trust me! I have this in two different shades – the shade Vanilla matches my skin tone completely and Snow is a few shades lighter for a highlighting effect. I don’t like it to look too bright under the eyes.
CHarlotte Tilbury Magic Vanish Color Corrector
There’s going to be a lot of Charlotte Tilbury picks on this list because Sephora is one of the only retailers to grab her products, and they rarely go on sale. I am a huge fan of the brand, and I think a lot of her products are really worth the splurge. After using this Magic Vanish Color Corrector for a few months, I can confidently say that it’s my favorite under eye corrector ever! I used to be a loyal fan to the Bobbi Brown Corrector (in Light Peach), but this has quickly replaced it. I wear the Charlotte Tilbury corrector in shade 2 – Medium. It’s a perfect peachy tone, which is what I prefer in a corrector.
CHarlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder
The Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish setting powder is the most buttery setting powder ever. I have duped this powder in the past, but I still think the original is worth purchasing. I will continue to repurchase! It truly does give the skin a flawless airbrushed look and helps keep the makeup in place all day. I wear shade 2 but I think I want to grab another in shade 1 for under my eyes.
Huda Beauty Desert Dusk Palette
The Huda Beauty Desert Dusk Palette is perfect for those who want to branch outside of neutrals! I think purples and oranges are flattering on almost everyone, and there are a lot of beautiful metallic foiled shades too. Huda Beauty is another exclusive brand at Sephora, so I’d recommend this palette. I recently pulled it out of my collection and have been loving it so much!
Charlotte Tilbury Instant Eyeshadow Palette – Pillow Talk Collection
This Charlotte Tilbury Eyeshadow Palette is a total splurge, as it retails for $75. But if you really wanted to treat yourself with something luxurious and amazing, this is an absolutely stunning palette! It has been on repeat over here, and will be super flattering on all sorts of skin types.
Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Color
Quarantine has really got me trying new things, and one of those is cream eyeshadow. These Laura Mercier caviar sticks make it so easy! Swipe it on and blend it out with your finger and you’re good. I’ve been obsessed with the shade Nude Rose – it’s a perfect rose gold. These go on so smooth, set down and never crease.
L’Ancome Monsieur Big Mascara
There are few high end mascaras that I think are worth splurging on, and the Lancome Monsieur Big is at the very top of the list. I feel like sale times are a great opportunity for you to try high end mascaras because they rarely go on sale. This gives the most amazing volume and definition and has a nice bristly brush. If you like a dry formula, you’ll love this.
Sephora Collection Retractable Brow Pencil
I typically go to the drugstore for brow pencils, but this one is practically a drugstore price (and honestly super high quality). Then to have a little additional savings with the sale is an added bonus. I use this pencil in Medium Brown. I adore it!
Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lipstick
If I had to pick one lipstick to wear for the rest of my life, it’d be the Pillow Talk Lipstick. It’s a beautiful rosy nude pink (my lips but better type of shade), it goes on effortlessly, and has a creamy matte formula. Never looks gross or crumbly. Yes, I know I did dupe this lipstick (and would 100% recommend the dupe), but I feel like I love the packaging and the finish of the Charlotte Tilbury more. It’s definitely a “treat yourself” lipstick!
Jouer Long-Wear Lip Creme Liquid Lipstick
I absolutely love the formula of the Jouer Long-Wear Lip Creme, and they have such stunning shades. The minimal packaging is to die for, too. I love the shade Terra as a darker neutral! Jouer is another brand that’s hard to find outside of Sephora.
Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb
The Gloss Bomb is the most amazing lip gloss! It goes on super smooth and layers over any lipstick perfectly, or can be worn by itself. Makes the lips look so juicy! I have it in the shade Fenty Glow.
Bareminerals Mineralist hydra-Smoothing Lipstick
Nobody is talking about these new bareMinerals lipsticks, and they’re so flipping amazing! Unfortunately my favorite shade (Insight) is not carried at Sephora (it is at Ulta), but I would also recommend the shades Focus (looks a LOT like Pillow Talk but a different formula/finish), and Confidence (wearable rosy pink). The formula is incredible and it is a clean beauty product.
Tarte Maracuja Miracle Mist
This setting spray from Tarte has quickly become a new favorite! I didn’t have expectations before using it but was so pleasantly surprised. It has a super fine continuous mist, and gives a nice glowy natural finish. Definitely helps the makeup last longer, too! Really impressed.
Urban Decay All-Nighter Setting Spray
I cannot live without this setting spray. Truly, I must always have it in my possession. It will forever be my holy grail. Makeup will always stay put when I use this!
There we have it! I really could go on and on with more products, but decided to restrain myself. I hope you found this helpful! Happy shopping!
