One thing I know every mom agrees on is: mama’s gotta relax. We are always “on” and doing the best we can for our kiddos. We deserve acknowledgment of this and a break, am I right?

Lavender Essential Oil // Um, hello. Lavender essential oil is the bee’s knees. Bathe yourself in it, diffuse it, and sleep like a baby. (Okay, actually, don’t bathe yourself in it. You have to cut it with another oil so it doesn’t burn your skin.) I love the Eden’s Garden brand of essential oils as they are far more affordable than other brands and are made with quality standards and ingredients.
