We all know I collect makeup, and that I am constantly trying to find the best items from the drugstore. Drugstore beauty finds are my specialty, and even Mom.me named me as one of their Top 25 Beauty and Makeup Instagram Moms and noted me for my drugstore beauty suggestions. (Sorry, just had to find a way to throw that in there – super excited about that feature!)
Anyway, today I wanted to focus on the best drugstore concealers. It’s really overwhelming to walk in there and not even sure where to start. I hit up Walgreens yesterday to make sure I wasn’t missing any drugstore under eye concealers or new releases that were worth picking up. I really didn’t see anything that piqued my interest. I went through my entire collection and picked out my favorite seven for y’all. Okay, I know it sounds ridiculous that I own more than seven best drugstore under eye concealers, but I really make it a point to test and try out drugstore products so I can recommend them to you guys. You don’t even want to know how many concealers I own in general. Let’s just say that Elsa and I have the same motto: “Conceal, don’t feel.”
7 Best Drugstore Concealers
Maybelline Fit Me Concealer // This is my absolute favorite drugstore under eye concealer, not to mention overall favorite concealer. It is holy grail status! It has a blendable consistency, with buildable coverage. It has a natural finish, it stays put, and it doesn’t crease! I have it in two shades – one for highlighting and another for covering blemishes. I constantly repurchase this and use it almost every single day, especially for highlighting! Here’s a tip on how to use a highlighting concealer under your eyes – make sure you apply it in an upside down triangle under the eye. I then use it to highlight around the face, per what I do in my contour tutorial.
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Eraser Treatment Concealer // I have sung this product’s praises for years! This is an amazing under eye drugstore concealer. The “Brightening” shade is perfect for hiding dark circles and brightening up the under eye area. I have also repurchased this product countless times.
Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Concealer // I was pleasantly surprised by this concealer! It’s very similar to the Fit Me, but maybe a little more sheer. Very blendable, stays put, and has great coverage.
L.A. Girl Pro Conceal // This is a concealer that has gotten a lot of buzz, and people compare it to the likes of MAC Pro Longwear Concealer. I don’t think it’s exactly like it, but I do find it very full coverage and does not crease at all. The shade I have isn’t great for highlighting, but I love it for covering spots/blemishes. This formula also comes in a lot of different correcting shades, as well.
Revlon PhotoReady Concealer // I keep this stick concealer in my purse for quick touch ups. It’s very creamy and blendable. I haven’t used this much under my eyes, but I definitely recommend it on blemishes or for hyperpigmentation.
ELF HD Lifting Concealer // I don’t particularly like this one for under the eyes, but I do love it for spots/blemishes. It’s creamy, covers well, and sets down to a natural finish. I see on the ELF website they now have correctors in this formula, which is awesome!
NYX Dark Circle Concealer // I’ve been trying to find a drugstore product that rivals my beloved Bobbi Brown Corrector. This NYX Dark Circle Concealer is a great alternative for a cheaper price. I will say, it’s not quite as good as the Bobbi Brown Corrector, but it is really good. I recommend getting it a shade darker than you would normally use (I know, makes no sense, but trust me), and then using a highlighting concealer over it. I have it in the Medium shade and the orange-y tone does a great job at canceling out the bluish tones under my eyes.

Yay! Glad to help!!!
I use the Revlon PhotoReady, set with Neutrogena Healthy Skin Compact Foundation, as my everyday undereye concealer. My eyes are EXTREMELY sensitive to tearing and this combo never causes my eyes to water, and lasts all day. Thanks for the post! Thinking about trying the FitMe and the NYX, as yours is not the first favorable review I’ve seen for these, and I’m constantly on the lookout for effective under eye concealer that works great and doesn’t make my eyes tear.
I really think you’ll like the Maybelline Fit Me for sure!!
I’m a huge fan of the Maybelline under eye concealer and the better skin concealer. Both work amazing and the price is not going to break the bank!

I have fit me concealer and age rewind.I use both for under eyes, they are light coverage, but fo blemishes need more full coverage correctors.Cant finde eyt.
I love the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind! The application is awesome and it’s perfect for all over highlighting. I actually put the NYX Dark Circle concealer on under my eyes first, just a light layer when I’m really exhausted, since I work full time and i’m also a single mom, so I have more days where i’m exhausted than not, but anyway, I put the NYX on, than the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind and I always get compliments on my makeup. I set it with MAC Studio Fix Loose powder and everything just melts into my skin and sets beautifully. I highly recommend!!!!
I’ve watched your videos and just have a general application question. Currently, I use Bare Minerals complexion rescue gel BB cream after I wash my face and apply spray toner (apply all over like lotion with my fingers). Then, I use either cover girl or ELF powder in a natural shade all over my face, then some blush, tame the eyebrows, and eventually apply my Loreal carbon black voluminous in my office after I catch a glimpse of myself without mascara. I want to add concealer as a brightener for under eyes, and to subdue minimal redness at nostrils and on chin. Where does the light concealer go in the order, and is a colored powder a no no for over the brightened areas? I’m fair skinned with yellow and pink undertones (I think). Thanks!!
Hey Emily!! What I would do is get a translucent powder to use under your eyes and other areas that you brighten with a light concealer. It will really help brighten the area up some more! There are some great ones at the drugstore – I really like the ELF HD loose translucent powder. Just a little dusting will work and set the area! Hope that helps!!
What drugstore concealer do I use for my puffy bags? Not dark circles. Not creams. I’m talking concealer. Thanks. Also my skin is dry so I don’t want it caked on.
This is a great list. I personally love Maybelline products so that’s what I usually use. Thank you for this, really informative.
