It’s very creamy and blendable. I haven’t used this much under my eyes, but I definitely recommend it on blemishes or for hyperpigmentation.

I recommend getting it a shade darker than you would normally use (I know, makes no sense, but trust me), and then using a highlighting concealer over it.
