It’s been a couple of months since we’ve done a mommy and me post, but we’re back today with a Valentine’s Day bang! We are sporting our favorite pink and red dressy casual looks today.
Thank you to Gymboree for sending along these adorable outfits for the girls! You’ve got to check out their Valentine’s Day collection – so many cute items! Order now so you can get your goodies by V-Day.
Also, to address the big question you may have right now. No, my hair did not grow 3 feet overnight. I just got the Hidden Crown hair extension and I’m loving it! I’ll be doing a post all about it soon, so stay tuned! Anyway, let’s get to the photos. Taylor did a great job photographing us, despite Kennedy falling and scraping her knee mid-way through. #momlife! We had to cut the shoot short, but I really think we got some adorable photos!
I just love how everything paired together. The girls are ready for a fun day of class parties at school, and my dress can be dressed up or down. The best part is it’s under $20 right now! I decided to pair it with some fun strappy flats that give it a casual feel, because who in their right mind wants to be chasing two kids in heels? Not this mom. I never claim to be the fancy fashion blogger or even have a cool wardrobe, but I love feeling pretty, and I love finding an outfit to match the girls.
I decided that for Valentine’s Day, I wanted to keep the girls on the casual side. I love how the Gymboree outfits are fun, bright, full of personality, and also comfy. Perfect for energetic preschoolers and toddlers.
I also think a family Valentine’s Day date is in order. I’m sure daddy would take us out in a heartbeat, right?
