Perfect Spring Nail Colors

Now that we’re well into spring (let’s hope, at least!), I can’t get enough of color, especially on my nails. Spring nail trends are so fun and… well, spring-y! You just have to go big or go home when choosing those perfect spring nail colors.

Perfect Spring Nail Colors - beautiful pastels that are on trend for Spring 2014!
I have been drawn to and constantly reaching for my pastel nail colors. Something about them just makes me happy and ready to frolic through a field of daffodils. Except not, because I have yet to see a field of daffodils in Texas. Anyway, here’s what’s been in my current rotation:

Pastels are so on trend for spring 2014 nail colors!

Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Nail Color in ‘Mint Sorbet’: This is an exact dupe for , and it is gorgeous. I, like every other blogger out there, have an affinity for mint nail polish. It’s so fun and flattering!

Sinful Colors in ‘Easy Going’: Another dupe alert! If you love , then you will love this one. Best of all? They’re around $3 in the drugstore! I love the Sinful Colors polishes, and I actually think they apply better than Essie. Not to mention they have some great dupes (they have Bikini so Teeny and Butler Please dupes, too)!

Julep in ‘Abigail’: This is a super light nude-y pink-y pearl-y champagne shade. So unique and pretty. It’s also a silk finish, which means it kind of looks like satin sheets instead of the typical glossy finish. So beautiful and flattering! Especially great for those who are afraid to try bolder colors but want something really special.

Illamasqua in ‘Purity’: Oh hello, gorgeous peach. I can’t tell you how many compliments I get when I wear this polish. It’s peach, yet it’s still wearable and goes with almost everything. It’s almost like a neutral… but a bright, opaque neutral. Love it.

Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Nail Color in ‘Lacey Lilac’: What’s a spring nail color post without adding a little bit of lilac? I adore these Sally Hansen polishes (obviously if I include two of them in this post, I really must like them!). It’s a true lilac color, with cool undertones. Goes on like a breeze. Tons of compliments.

There you have it! I really like how this turned out to be a nice mix of high end and drugstore. I dig it. What polishes have you been reaching for lately?
