Disclosure: Basq Skin Care provided me with these products. I am not being compensated for this review and giveaway. I just love this brand, yo.
Happy Monday, friends! I am still recovering from an awesome short family trip to Washington, D.C. (go stalk my Instagram feed for some pictures!), but definitely wanted to have a blog post up for you guys. I was recently sent some items from one of my absolute favorite luxury skincare brands for moms, Basq! If you have never heard of them, you are surely missing out. They are beloved by many celebrities like Heidi Klum, Rachel Zoe, Angelina Jolie, and Cheryl Crow. Although I think it is a brand that could be loved and used by anyone, Basq really targets moms and expecting moms. They have a wide array of body toning products and skin care, full of ingredients that are safe for mom and baby. If you would like to know more about their products, visit this page on their website.
Basq is not new to my blog, as I used their products during my pregnancy with Caroline. I really enjoy their products, and I know you will, too! Let’s take a look at what I’ve been using lately.
Cucumber Tea Eye Gel
The Cucumber Tea Eye Gel is so darn refreshing. I have absolutely loved using this on super long days where my eyes just feel tired. I don’t really suffer from puffiness or bags underneath my eyes, but I have a super busy schedule during the school year, so my eyes definitely are tired by the end of the day. The product is formulated to reduce puffiness and lines. I haven’t used it long enough to say whether or not I see a difference in fine lines, but I definitely find it soothing and refreshing.
Mega Moisture Cream
I am pretty darn picky when it comes to moisturizers and body butters. I don’t like them to feel super greasy, yet I want something thick enough to really moisturize. The Mega Moisture Cream are those two things, for sure. The scent is very mild, almost non-existent, which I really appreciate, especially at night. I do not like heavily perfumed moisturizers. This cream is formulated with an Illipe butter complex and whipped with fortifying body oils.
Citrus Sugar Body Polish
I just love a good scrub. Who doesn’t, really? The Citrus Sugar Body Polish is going to be a must-have for me in warmer months, especially when I start fake tanning at home. It foams up, and exfoliates just like I like. It gets the job done, and it smells luxurious. Anything that is spa-like for me is a win in my book. If you are an expecting mama, they say exfoliating the skin is a must for stretch mark treatment and prevention. I can’t personally attest to the results, as I do not have stretch marks (I know, you can hate me), but my thought is it’s always worth the effort!
Giveaway
Now for the fun part – the giveaway! One of you guys can win your own set of these awesome three products. This is perfect for my friends who are new and expecting moms, but let’s be real – anyone will enjoy these items. All you have to do is enter using the widget below (Please note: “liking” our facebook pages doesn’t get you an entry, it’s totally optional. But liking us is an awesome thing!). You’ll be asked to follow yours truly and Basq Skin Care on social media – that’s it! Good luck!
