Kennedy – Three Years Old
I know a very special girl who is three years old today, and her name is Kennedy. This girl is silly, loud, smart, expressive, imaginative, and beautiful. She also has the coolest birthmark ever.
This girl stole our hearts on December 17, 2011 at 7:27 a.m. She made me a mom. She has been the greatest gift. She makes me laugh so much and makes my heart feel so full.
It feels like yesterday that my beautiful Kennedy was placed into my arms for the first time. We sang her “Happy Birthday” right when we met her, and today we’ll sing it to her for the third time.
We asked her what she wanted for her birthday and she said “blue presents.” We also asked her what kind of cake she wanted, and she said a cake that’s “not disgusting.” At least she knows what she wants?
I also just have to include this video because it’s the best…
I just love my little three year old. And look how much she’s grown! I don’t think that Minnie dress fits her anymore, though…

Happy birthday to you! I hope you have the best day ever! Mommy and Daddy love you so much and are so proud of what a big girl you are! You are funny, smart, beautiful, and the best big sister. We have your blue presents waiting for you tonight and you get to eat your not disgusting cupcakes! I love you very much, my big three year old girl!

Oh my god, this is so precious!! She looks as adorable as ever and I cannot believe how quickly 3 years flies by, I remember reading your birth story with her and it’s been great to see how she has grown up. I wish her the happiest of birthdays and lot of non disgusting cake and blue presents!!
