Concealer is something I rarely skip. My concealer collection is vast and I have so many both from the drugstore and high end retailers. It’s definitely one of those products that I try so many of to find the perfect one.
The quest for the best affordable concealer can be daunting, but you know I’m here to make it easy! I’m going through all of my drugstore concealers and I’m here to share the best of the best!
I have dark circles (that are both hereditary and also because #momlife) and even when I am doing a “no makeup” look, I have to cover them. There’s not much else I can do besides drinking plenty of water, trying to get as much sleep as I can, and hydrating the area with creams and facial oils.
Concealer is one of my favorite makeup items because I use it under eyes, for a little coverage around the face, and even as an eyeshadow primer! If you want to see how I do a no foundation makeup look and use coverage as concealer, make sure to check out my post: Simple and Easy Makeup Routine – No Foundation!
If you’re looking for a good cheap concealer, look no further! I am sharing eight of my favorites!
Best Affordable Concealers from the Drugstore
In no particular order, let’s get to it!
e.l.f. Hydrating Camo Concealer
This is one of my more recent finds, and it quickly rose to the top of my list. Dare I say it’s my number one? I think it is. This drugstore concealer has a creamy formula that feels hydrating to the under eye area, and it’s super full coverage. It also sets down nicely, and when I make sure to set with a powder I never have any creasing issues. I have this in the shade Light Sand.
Maybelline SuperStay Full Coverage Under-Eye Concealer
This is another full coverage concealer from the drugstore. This formula is more “dry” than the e.l.f. but it is in no way dry feeling under the eye. Sets amazing and wears really well. I have this in the shade Light.
Flower Beauty Light Illusion Full Coverage Concealer
Flower Beauty is such an underrated brand, and I seriously love all of their complexion products! This concealer is more of a medium buildable coverage with a creamy finish. If you like the Nars Radiant Creamy concealer, give this one a try! I have this in the shade Fair.
CoverGirl TruBlend Undercover Concealer
This is a dead on dupe for the Too Faced Born This Way Sculpting concealer – it is so good! Full coverage with a natural finish. It’s close to the elf Hydrating Camo Concealer, but a little less dewy. I would say this is my second favorite in this entire list. I have this in the shade Classic Ivory.
Milani Conceal + Perfect Longwear Concealer
I haven’t heard many people talking about this concealer, but I think it’s a gem! It is very full coverage with a natural finish, It’s a “drier” formula but not dry under the eye whatsoever. Sets and wears really well. I have this in the shade Light Nude.
L.A. Girl HD Pro Concealer
This is a beautiful medium to full coverage natural concealer. And what I love most about it is that it also comes in a bunch of corrector shades, so no need to spend an arm and a leg on a corrector when this is $4.99! I have this in shade Porcelain, and also the Light Peach Corrector.
Maybelline Fit Me Concealer
This has been a favorite of mine for a really long time, and I will always go back to it. It’s a very creamy light to medium coverage concealer. Perfect for lighter makeup days or when you want something light feeling on the skin. I am never ever unhappy with it. I have this in the shade Light.
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment Concealer
I love the super natural formula and finish – not too dewy, and not too dry. It comes in shades but also a Neutralizer (more yellow tone) and Brightening (more pink tone) shade. I actually like the sponge tip applicator, as well. I have this in the shades Light and Brightener.
Is your favorite drugstore concealer listed here? Which one do you love?
