Kennedy’s 2nd “Royal Tea” Birthday Party
We had Kennedy’s 2nd birthday party the Saturday before Christmas. It was wonderful to have our family, friends, and neighbors over for a little “Royal Tea Party.” We encouraged our guests to wear hats and I decked the house out in gold and silver. Lots of cutting of tissue paper garland, paper crowns, printables I made in Photoshop, and banners. It was an inexpensive and darling theme to do. Lots of fancy and kid friendly finger foods, tea, and desserts! And you can’t forget the gorgeous frilly cake, which was inspired by Pinterest, designed by me and made by our favorite bakery.
We had an amazing time celebrating our little princess and are grateful for all of the amazing people in our lives that love her. We got a lot of photos, but unfortunately the lighting is always really weird in my house. Great for electric bills, horrible for photography. Nonetheless, we have photos and I will cherish them. Here are a few of my favorites from the evening.
One thing that proved to be the best moment of the evening is that every single one of her uncles and her aunt were there at her party. These moments are rare as 3 uncles out of 4 live out of town, two of which are on opposite coasts. I loved being able to capture this picture, even if she was uncooperative at that moment.
What a wonderful way to celebrate such a wonderful little girl. We love you, Kennedy!

What a fun birthday theme for Princess Kennedy!
