Our 2016 Fall Family Photos
One thing I look forward to each year is our fall family photos. I love every detail of it – from the outfits, the location, the feel, and the photographer. We loved Ailee’s work so much last year that we had to get her to capture us again.
I wanted a neutral, yet modern feel to the photos – something that we could display in our home year round. I found my dress first and then picked everyone else’s outfits out around it. It wasn’t what I thought I originally wanted, but the dusty rose color was so unique and still had a neutral feel to it.
We shot these photos at Discovery Green in downtown Houston. I love the combination of neutral/modern/urban backgrounds along with greenery. Ailee did an amazing job, which is no surprise.
Let’s let the images do the rest of the talking. The Christmas cards are ordered and I can’t wait to put these photos all over my home.
